胸腔闭式引流并尿激酶注入在胸腔积液治疗中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察胸腔闭式引流并尿激酶注入在胸腔积液治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年12月-2015年3月收诊的胸腔积液患者90例,采取随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取胸腔闭式引流治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合尿激酶注入治疗,比较两组的应用效果。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(62.22%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞浓度、蛋白量均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞浓度、蛋白量均低于治疗前,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腔积液患者的治疗中加用尿激酶后可以降解积液中的纤维蛋白,降低积液黏稠度,使引流的效率得到提高,对患者有利。 Objective:To observe the effect of thoracic close drainage combined with urokinase injection in the treatment of pleural effusion.Method:90 patients with pleural effusion were admitted from December 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with thoracic closed drainage,while the observation group was treated with thoracic close drainage combined with Urokinase injection.The application effect of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%) was higher than that in the control group(62.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The concentrations of white blood cells and protein in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).In the observation group,the concentrations of white blood cells and protein after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Urokinase can be used to patients with pleural effusion to degrade the fibrin and reduce the viscosity of the fluid,so that the efficiency of drainage can be improved,which is beneficial to patients.
