经皮肾镜肾输尿管结石碎石、取石术的围手术期护理

The Perioperative Nursing Care of Percutaneous Nephroscope Kidney Ureter Stone Rubble,Stone Extraction

目的:总结经皮肾镜肾输尿管结石碎石、取石术的围手术期护理。方法:选择笔者所在医院2013年11月-2015年8月收治的进行经皮肾镜碎石取石术的肾输尿管结石患者70例,同时加强了围手术期的护理,术后严密观察患者的生命体征,加强并发症的预防及护理。结果:所有患者均接受经皮肾镜肾输尿管结石碎石、取石术治疗,有66例患者在进行一次手术之后,成功痊愈;有1例患者由于肾脏铸行结石,结石大,行二期手术取石后,成功痊愈;有1例患者发生术后出血;1例患者发生尿路感染;1例患者由于术中操作不慎将肠管刺破,后经过及时处理,成功痊愈,手术的成功率为94.3%。结论:加强经皮肾镜肾输尿管结石碎石、取石术的围手术期护理,是手术成功的保证。

Objective：To study the perioperative nursing care of percutaneous nephroscope kidney ureter stone rubble,stone extraction.Method：70 renal calculus patients were selected from November 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital,and strengthen the perioperative nursing.After operation,monitored life signs,taken measures to prevent complications.Result：66 patients underwent one operation successfully and postoperative rehabilitation satisfactorily.One patient had postoperative bleeding,one patient had urinary tract infections,one patient intestinal canal had been damaged because of operates carelessly,and he had recovered after a second surgery.The success rate of surgery was 94.3%.Conclusion：Strengthen the perioperative nursing is the guarantee of success for minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
