摘要
数学是中学阶段的基础学科,新课程改革提出了数学学科教学的基本理念:每个学生都要学习有价值和必要的数学知识,让每个学生都能在数学学习上获得不同程度的发展。新课程理念给中学数学教师提出了更高的要求和全新的挑战。文章从调动学生学习数学的积极性和提升教师的个人教学素养两个方面论述了如何做好一个中学数学教师。
Mathematics is the foundation of the high school disciplines. The new curriculum reform puts forward the basic idea of mathematics teaching： each student should learn valuable and necessary mathematical knowledge; all students can get different levels of development in mathematics learning. The new curriculum idea puts forward higher demands and new challenges to high school mathematics teachers. This article discusses how to become an excellent mathematics teacher from two aspects of arousing the enthusiasm of students and improving the personal teaching quality of teachers.
