The elementary school mathematics, a key basic subject course, plays an important role in developing the students＇ comprehensive cognition and their subsequent improvement. The combination of information technology and the rural elementary school mathematics teaching has an irreplaceable effect on making classroom atmosphere active, enriching teaching means, and improving the teaching quality and efficiency, compared with other teaching methods.
