摘要
该文从课题组的目标任务出发,在查阅现有文献资料的基础上,对研究方法、研究内容、研究成果进行了阐述,结合课题组在临泽职业技术学校的教学实践,得出了"五步"教学新模式和注重"六"原则的学生评价体系,同时对课程的研发提出了三个阶段、三个步骤、四个环节和三个转换的"3343"模式,对培养"双师型"教师提出了克服三种不适应和形成"T"型知识结构的策略。
This paper explains the research methods, research contents and research results, starting from the goal of the research and on the basis of existing documents. It is combined with the vocational technical school teaching practice. As a result, we concluded the new "five-step" teaching patterns and the "six principles" of the student evaluation system. At the same time, we put forward the mode of "3343" concluding three stages, three steps, four links and three conversions for the research and development of the course. To cultivate the "double-type" teachers, the paper puts forward how to overcome the difficulties and form the knowledge structure of "T" type.
