摘要
教师学会了反思,才能使自己的教学艺术得到逐步完善,并且要将教学反思真正落到实处,才能实现教学相长、教学双赢,让教学开出美丽之花,结出丰硕成果。文章以初中数学教学为例,探讨了数学教师应如何反思自己的教学,进而促进课堂教学质量的提高。
Teachers could gradually improve their own teaching art by learning to reflect, and the truly implementation of teaching reflection could realize win-win situation in both teaching and learning. This article takes junior high school mathematics teaching as an example, and mainly discusses how mathematics teachers reflect on their teaching, in order to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
