摘要
目的分析研究在女性乳腺健康普查中采用高频彩超的效果和临床价值。方法选取实施健康体检的300名女性资料进行回顾性分析。结果 300名女性中通过高频彩超显示为乳腺增生的共有180例,显示为乳腺囊肿的共有9例,显示为急性乳腺炎的共有1例,显示为乳腺实质性病灶患者共有21例,其中属于乳腺癌患者3例,属于乳腺纤维瘤患者11例。结论通过高频彩超针对女性乳腺健康普查的临床意义重大,属于乳腺疾病普查的重要方式。
Objective To study the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasonography and the effect on the female breast health survey. Methods 300 women whose data of the implementation of health examination were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Results 300 women by high frequency color Doppler display for breast hyperplasia of a total of 180 cases with display breast cysts of 9 cases, acute mastitis, a total of 1 case, display for breast solid lesions in patients with a total of 21 cases, which belongs to the breast cancer patients in 3 cases, belongs to the patients with mammary gland fibroma in 11 cases. Conclusion by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for female breast health screening and clinical significance of major, belong to an important way of census of mammary gland diseases.
