汉代陶壶制作工艺、流程及生产模式研究

On the Production Technology, Process and Scale of Pottery Pot of Han Dynasty

本文以蒲城店遗址汉代墓葬出土陶壶为主要考察对象,将其拆分为器盖、壶身主体、兽面铺首、圈足等多个实体分件,探讨各个分件的制作工艺,特别是兽面铺首的三种制作方式等,复原出汉代陶壶的制作流程。汉代的随葬陶器已批量化生产,制作已有明显的专业化分工,并形成了良好的买卖市场。

This article takes the pottery pots unearthed from the Han tombs of Puchengdian site as the main research target, the author divided the pots into different parts like lids, pot main bodies,animal head appliques, ring feet and so on, and research the production process of different parts especially three-methods on producing animal head appliques, and recovery the production process of Han pottery pots. In the Han dynasty the funeral pottery objects had implemented batch production and division of labor based on specialization, and form fine trading market.
