摘要
结合300 kt/a硫酸装置和H2S应急装置的生产实际,从理论和实际分析、比较了H2S应急装置产生的SO2烟气进入硫酸生产装置后对装置的影响,优化工艺操作,从而保证装置安全、稳定、满负荷、长周期运行。
Combined with production practice of 300 kt/a sulphuric acid production and hydrogen sulphide emergency device, effects of SOz flue gas generated from hydrogen sulphide emergency device on sulphuric acid production plant are analyzed and com- pared with respects to theory and reality. Optimized technology ensured plant safe, stable, full load, and long-term operation.
