摘要
介绍了3 600 kt/a醇基多联产化工项目一期工程硫酸回收装置中再生预热炉的设计特点和实际运用情况。具体说明了再生预热炉主要设备及其特点。再生预热炉在提高传热效率和降低NOx排放率上取得了很好的成效,减少了出口烟气中氮氧化物的排放,完全达到环保指标的要求,产生了较好的社会效益和经济效益。
Design characteristics and practical application of the regeneration preheating furnace of the sulphuric acid recovery unit for 3.6 million tons/a alcohol group polygeneration chemical first-phase project are introduced. Main equipment and characteristic of regenerative preheating furnace system are specified. The regenerative preheating furnace has achieved perfect effect on improving heat transfer efficiency and NOx emissions reduction, and reduced emission of nitrogen oxides in flue gas, fully meeting the require- ments of environmental protection index, producing better social and economic benefits.
