硫封罐堵塞的原因分析及解决措施

介绍了硫回收装置所用工艺、制硫系统的流程及技术特点。针对硫封罐堵塞导致紧急停车的事件,分析了原因。根据直接、间接原因,改造了硫封罐系统并采取了预防杂质的措施。自改造后,再未发生硫封罐堵塞现象,从根本上解决了硫封罐堵塞的问题,保证了硫回收装置高效、平稳、长周期运行。

Technologies of sulphur recovery units, flow and technical features of sulphur manufacture plant are introduced. Rea- sons are analyzed according to emergency cut-off resulted from blocking in sulphur sealing tank. Based on direct and indirect causes, ~ulphur sealing tank were reconstructed and measures of impurity precaution were taken. Since transformation, blocking in sulphur seal- ing tank never happened, which meant the measures solved the problems of blocking, thus ensuring sulphur recovery units efficient, smooth and long-term stable operation.
