肺癌小肠转移致消化道大出血一例及文献复习

摘要
患者男，51岁，因便血8d，量约2500g，伴冷汗，于2014年1月31日就诊消化科入院。2013年9月患者曾因胸痛就诊。当时外院胸部增强CT示右肺门旁见分叶状软组织密度肿块，直径为3．7cm，边缘欠光滑，内部密度不均匀，有强化，右肺上叶见直径约1．5cm小结节影，纵隔、肺门右侧第4组淋巴结、左侧第4组淋巴结、右侧第10组淋巴结（4R／L、10R）增大（图1）。
