自体动静脉内瘘致高输出量心力衰竭及肝衰竭一例 被引量:2

摘要 女,51岁,终末期肾病,右前臂头静脉一桡动脉内瘘(arteriovenousfistula,AVF)术后规律血液透析治疗6年。主因“间断胸闷、喘息1周”入院。既往无慢性阻塞性肺病、肺动脉高压、肺栓塞、心肌梗塞、肝衰竭等病史,无吸烟、饮酒史。
