肥大细胞与补体C3的交互作用参与肾间质纤维化 被引量:1

摘要 肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fibrosis,RIF)涉及肾脏固有细胞损伤、外源性炎性细胞浸润、间质细胞增殖、细胞外基质生成,降解失调等众多病理生理学机制。近年来,越来越多的研究发现肾间质异常浸润的肥大细胞(mastcell,MC)与组织原位补体c3两者关系密切,两者交互作用并参与RIF。
