Analysis of Cereals' Supply and Demand in China Based on the Perspective of New National Food Security Strategy

基于国家粮食安全新战略视角,从口粮、谷物和粮食3个层面出发对我国当前的粮食安全状况和水平进行了分析,重点对我国口粮和谷物的供需状况和安全水平进行了分析和测度。研究认为,我国当前的谷物供需状况还是比较好的,谷物的自给和口粮的安全是有保障的,但在未来仍面临着严峻挑战。最后结合实际提出了确保我国"谷物基本自给,口粮绝对安全"的对策建议。

To study China＇s current food security situation and level from three levels that include rations,cereals and grains.The study finds that the current situation of China＇s grain supply and demand is still relatively good,self-sufficiency of cereals and security of rations are guaranteed,but the future is still facing serious challenges. Finally,the essay puts forward some policy recommendations on how to ensure China＇s food security.
