中压蒸汽焙烘机的设计及改造 被引量:3

摘要 根据蒸汽的基本特性,介绍了焙烘机中压蒸汽加热系统的设计,并与导热油、天然气和电加热等三种热源的使用效果和成本进行对比。结果表明,使用中压蒸汽作为焙烘机的热源,其烘房工艺温度可以达到上述几种热源的指标,同时又具有经济、清洁、节能优势;对旧焙烘机进行热源改造后,也可达到同样的效果。 Currently the curing machine mainly use heat transfer oil, natural gas and electric as heat sources, which have environmental problems or high maintenance costs. According to the basic charac- teristics of steam, the design of medium pressure steam heating system of curing machine is intro- duced, and its effectiveness and cost are compared with those of other three kinds of heat sources. The results show that the use of medium pressure steam can not only reach the same temperature as that of other three heat sources, but also has economic, clean and energy-saving effect.
