彩色标准织物在纺织品色牢度评级中的应用

Application of color standard fabrics to color fastness rating of textiles

研究了沾色牢度评级时,影像法和色差仪法与人工评级法的一致性。结果表明,两种方法的评级结果与人工评级的一致率在70%左右,个别颜色如黄色的一致率较低,不足50%。分析了差异产生的原因,并将彩色标准织物应用于纺织品色牢度上述三种评级方法中,作为基准物进行修正。修正后,色差仪法黄色一致率提高到95%以上,影像法黄色、橙色的一致率均达到80%左右,提高了仪器评级的可信度和准确率。

In evaluation of staining color fastness, the consistence of image method and colorimeter method with visual rating method is studied. The results show that, the consistence of the two meth- ods with visual rating method is about 70%, and for some special colors such as yellow is less than 50%. The causes of differences are analyzed, and the color standard fabrics are used as the reference sub- stances to modify the above rating methods. After modification, the consistence of yellow samples with colorimeter method is improved to 95%, and that of yellow and orange samples with image method is about 80%. Through the application of standard color fabrics, the reliability and accuracy of evaluation are improved.
