摘要
女性直接参与信息技术的比率决定其影响信息技术设计和享受衍生权利的大小,致力于提升女性的直接参与却受制于教育、社会、习俗,但仍有乐观的间接通道:信息社会为信息技术女性用户激发、引导、修正信息技术提供了契机,"女性与男性平分了权利"。直接、间接影响来自于性别分化与信息技术的关联的历史因缘,女性主要是基于习俗、生理、家庭而不是基于天赋、教育减少了对信息技术职业的选择。信息技术女性用户的"间接影响"是"妇女个性理论""妇女医疗理论"社会认同的逻辑延伸,表现为"女性虚拟社会""女性情感计算""女性头脑风暴"等多种方式。妇女通过"信息技术用户"的角色,在网络技术的支撑下涌现万众技术创新和治理创新。
The ratio of female direct participation in information technology determines its influence on the design of information technology and the derivative rights. There are still optimistic indirect channels： the information society providing an opportunity to stimulate, guide and modify the infor-mation technology, ＂women and men equally divided＂. About direct and indirect effect on sex differentiation and the information technology history karma, women are mainly based on customs, physiology, family and not based on talent education, to reduce the choice of vocational information tech-nology. The ＂indirect effect＂ of female users is the logical extension of the social identity of ＂women＇s personality theory＂ and ＂women＇s medical theory＂. Through the ＂information technology user＂ role, women spring up technology innovation and management innovation in network technology sup-port.
