摘要
目的:建立薄层扫描法测定补阳还五胶囊黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:硅胶G薄层板,氯仿-甲醇-水(13∶6∶2)10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液展开,λ_S=530 nm,λ_R=700 nm。结果:线性范围为0.980~6.860μg,平均回收率为99.49%,精密度RSD为0.846%。结论:该方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,回收率高,可用于补阳还五胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the determination method of astragaloside Ⅳ in BuYang HuanWu capsules by thin layer scanning(TLC). Methods: Silica gel G TLC-scanner, loroform-methanol-water(13:6:2), placed below10℃ and stayed overnight, the lower solution was taken out and spread, λS=530 nm, λR=700 nm. Results: Linearity range was between 0.980 and 6.860 μg, average recovery rate was 99.49%, precision RSD was 0.846%. Conclusion:The method, simple, sensible, reproducible and with high recovery rate, could be used to content determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in BuYang HuanWu capsules.
