摘要
目的:对藏药烈香杜鹃叶和花的挥发油化学成分进行分析研究。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取叶和花中的挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对提取物中的挥发性成分进行分离分析,并计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:叶和花的挥发油分别鉴定出44种和58种化合物。其中,叶的主要成分为苄基丙酮,相对百分含量为54.748%;花的主要成分为桉叶油二烯,相对百分含量为8.740%。结论:烈香杜鹃叶和花的挥发油无论在成分还是含量方面都存在一定差异。
Objective: To analyze volatile components in the leaves and the flowers of Tibetan medicine LieXiang DuJuan(Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.). Methods: Volatile components contained in the leaves and the flowers were extracted by steam distillation, volatile components in the extracts were separated and analyzed by using GS-MC, and relative percentage composition of the components were calculated. Results: Altogether 44 and 58 compounds were identified respectively from volatile oil of the leaves and the flowers. Among them, major constituents of the leaves were benzyl acetone, relative percentage composition was 54.748%; main constituents of the flowers were Eucalyptus oil, relative percentage composition was 8.740%. Conclusion: Certain differences are existed in the comparisons of the ingredients and the contents of volatile oils in the leaves and the flowers of LieXiang DuJuan.
