从脾胃升降理论探讨苏叶黄连汤加味治疗慢性肾功能衰竭氮质血症新思路

从祖国医学对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)及其氮质血症期的认识、对脾升胃降理论的认识以及对CRF氮质血症期的解释、古今对苏叶黄连汤加味的认识、苏叶黄连汤加味组方及药理机制、苏叶黄连汤加味治疗CRF氮质血症期的作用机制5方面入手探讨脾胃升降理论在苏叶黄连汤加味治疗慢性肾功能衰竭氮质血症期的体现,指出调理脾胃升降治疗慢性肾功能衰竭氮质血症期的独特优势可能与其活血行气、和胃降逆,化湿泄浊的配伍特点相关。

The theory of spleen-stomach ascending and descending reflecting modified SuYe HuangLian Tang in treating chronic renal failure（CRF） at azotemia stage is explored from five aspects： the understanding to CRF and azotemia by national medicine, the understanding to spleen ascending and stomach descending theory and the explanation to CRF at azotemia stage, ancient and modern cognition to modified SuYe HuangLian Tang, the prescriptions of modified SuYe HuangLian Tang and its pharmacological mechanism, and the mechanism, it is pointed out that unique advantages of treating CRF at azotemia stage by regulating the ascending and descending of spleen-stomach might be related to compatibility characteristics of promoting blood circulation and moving Qi, harmonizing the stomach and descending adverse Qi, removing dampness and releasing turbidity.
