丹七活血汤与心痛定片治疗冠心病心绞痛(气滞血瘀型)临床对照研究

Clinical Controlled Study on DanQi HuoXue Tang and XinTongDing Tablets in Treating Angina Pectoris of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Pattern

目的:观察丹七活血汤与心痛定片治疗冠心病心绞痛(气滞血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法:将冠心病心绞痛(气滞血瘀型)患者70例,根据入院后患者治疗方案的不同分为研究组与对照组。2组患者均给予西医常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予心痛定片口服,研究组在对照组的基础上给予丹七活血汤口服。观察2组患者治疗后心绞痛、中医证候积分、心电图ST-T等变化情况;同时发放SF-36生活质量表调查表,对2组患者生理机能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、一般健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)以及精神健康(MH)进行评分。结果:研究组有效率为82.86%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);研究组心电图疗效有效率为42.86%,对照组为40.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者中医症候疗效有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。研究组患者PF、RP、BP、SF、MH评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹七活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛(气滞血瘀型)的临床疗效确切,能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of DanQi HuoXue Tang and XinTongDing tablets in treating angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. Methods： Seventy patients were included and randomized into the experiment group and the control group according to therapeutic regimen after hospitalized. Both groups accepted routine treatment of western medicine, the control group orally took XinTongDing tablets, and the experiment group DanQi HuoXue Tang on the foundation of the control group accepted. Angina pectoris, TCM syndrome scales and ECG ST-T changes of both groups were observed after treating; at the same time, SF-36 quality of life scales were released, physiological function（PF）, role physical（RP）, body pain（BP）, general health（GH）,vitality（VT）, social function（SF）, role emotional（RE） and mental health（MH） in both groups were assessed.Results： Effective rate of the experiment group was 82.86%, higher than 60.00% of the control group（P 0.05）;ECG clinical effects effective rate of the experiment group was 42.86%, higher than 40.00% of the control group,and the difference showed no statistical meaning（P0.05）; effective rate of TCM syndrome clinical effects in the experiment group was 85.71%, higher than 60.00% of the control group（P0.05）; the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of PF, RP, BP, SF and MH between both groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： DanQi HuoXue Tang and XinTongDing tablets could obtain definite effects in treating angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,it could improve clinical symptoms and quality of life of the patients effectively.
