中医特色护理干预对老年股骨颈骨折患者心理状态和生活质量的影响

Influence of TCM-featured Nursing Intervention on Psychological State and Quality of Life of Senile Patients with Transcervical Fracture

目的:探讨中医特色护理干预对老年股骨颈骨折患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法:随机选择2012年、2013年股骨颈骨折患者各50例为研究对象,2012年患者予常规护理为对照组,2013年患者予中医特色护理干预为观察组,比较2组患者护理干预前后症状自评量表(SCL-90)与生活质量评分变化情况。结果:1)护理干预后,观察组较对照组躯体化、强迫、敌对、精神病性、偏执、人际敏感项目改善明显(P<0.05);2)2组患者护理干预后Barthel指数评分均较干预前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理干预有助于改善股骨颈骨折患者心理状态,改善其生活质量。

Objective： To explore the influence of TCM-featured nursing intervention on psychological state and quality of life of senile patients with transcervical fracture. Methods： One hundred senile patients with transcervical fracture from 2012 to 2013 were randomly chosen as the subjects investigated, fifty patients in the year of 2012 accepted routine care and they were taken as the control group, another fifty patients in the year of 2013 adopted TCM-featured nursing intervention and as the observation group, the scales of quality of life and self-reporting inventory（SCL-90） in both groups were compared between before and after nursing intervention.Results： 1） After nursing intervention, the items of somatization, compelling, hostility, psychoticism, bigotry and interpersonal sensitivity improved remarkably when the observation group was compared with the control group（P〈0.05）; 2） The scales of Barthel indexes improved in both groups after intervention compared with before intervention notably, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）, and the improvements of the observation group were more notable than these of the control group, the difference presented statistical meaning（P0.05）. Conclusion： TCM-featured nursing intervention is helpful to improve psychological state and quality of life of senile patients with transcervical fracture.
