互联网金融是互联网思维和技术对传统金融生态的一次意义深刻的变革,互联网金融在一定程度上改变了传统金融业的规则和格局,并带来新的融合和竞争。本文对脱胎于中国长久以来金融压抑下产生的互联网金融进行了梳理,对其发展趋势进行了分析,并对互联网金融发展热点的监管问题提出建议,认为应加快互联网金融监管体系和法律体系建设、强化对P2P信贷业务的监管、注重均衡多方利益、权益保护应当成为落脚点、加快征信体系配套建设,并对监管需要注重的6大关系进行了重点研究。

This paper studies the development trend of internet finance,proposes suggestions on regulating internet finance,and argues that regulating system and legal system of internet finance must be accelerated,regulation of P2 P credit business must be reinforced,multiple interests must be balanced,protection of rights and interests must be consolidated,credit system must be perfected. It focus on studying the six basic relationships of regulation.
