摘要
目的探讨豫东地区高校体育教师职业倦怠状况及其与职业自我概念的关系。方法 2013年4—6月,采用MBI-CS职业倦怠问卷与TSC-ES职业自我概念量表对豫东地区5所高校的体育教师共163人进行调查。结果除工作满意与低专业效能,人际知觉、专业能力与情绪衰竭不相关外(P>0.05),职业自我概念其余维度与职业倦怠其余各维度之间均呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论可通过提高教师职业自我概念水平以有效缓解职业倦怠程度。
Objective To investigate the job burnout of college PE teachers eastern region and its relationship with career self-concept. Methods Between April and June 2013, 163 physical education teachers in 5 colleges and universities at the eastern region were investigated through employing MBI-CS job burnout questionnaire with TSC-ES professional self-concept scale. Results It was found that there was negative relationship of the dimensions and jOb burnout between various dimensions (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). But the low job satisfaction and professional performance, interpersonal perception, professional ability and emotion Mio outside(P〈0.05), failure was not related to career self-concept. Conclusions It is recommended to improve teachers professional self-concept level to effectively reduce the degree of burnout.
