摘要
罐车制动时,罐内液体晃动对车辆行驶稳定性影响较大。利用FLUENT对罐内液体晃动进行数值模拟,提取出罐车行驶方向相应的罐体受力。并比较了不同防波板数量、不同防波板面积、不同防波板安装位置对液体晃动的影响。研究表明:防波板的使用能够对罐内液体晃动进行分流,减小了冲击力峰值,使液体晃动变得更加平稳。该文的研究成果为罐车防波板的设计提供了有效的参考依据。
The liquid sloshing of moving tank has great impact on the vehicle's safety in braking process. In this paper,the process of liquid sloshing inside the tank is simulated by FLUENT and the force of tank in traveling direction is worked out.The impacts of such parameters as number,effective area,and installation location of the baffles on liquid sloshing are compared. The results show that the application of baffles can effectively shunt the liquid sloshing,and reduce the peak impact force,thus smooth the liquid sloshing. The research would provide some reference for future tanker baffle design.
