摘要
某压铸车间监测系统支持的通信接口有OPC、DDE和ODBC,其中OPC接口更适用于监测系统与外部程序的通信。为了开发监测系统客户端,详细分析了OPC自动化接口规范及3种数据通信方式,最终通过VB语言和OPC接口开发了监测系统的客户端。企业管理网络中的计算机可通过该客户端与被监测压铸单元进行实时数据交互,显示压铸设备运行情况。
The communication interfaces supported by some remote monitor system include OPC interface,DDE interface and ODBC interface.After comparison,OPC interface was regarded as the most suitable one for the communication between system and external programs.In order to develop the client of the remote monitoring system,OPC automation interface specification and three methods of data access were analyzed.Finally,client of the remote monitor system was developed through OPC interface and programming language Visual Basic.After installing the software,computers in the network could exchange data with the remote monitor system to display the status of the die casting unit.
