金属基粗颗粒增强复合镶块的复合效果评价

摘要 针对金属基粗颗粒增强复合镶块,采用定性和定量结合的分析方法提出了混合度、偏聚度、分散率、结合率4个评价指标来定量表征颗粒分布的均匀程度、颗粒在基体中的团聚情况以及颗粒和基体的结合情况。采用所提出的评价指标对高铬铸铁基ZTA粗颗粒增强的耐磨复合镶块进行表征,结果表明,这些指标可以比较准确地描述金属基粗颗粒增强复合材料的复合效果。 Aiming at metal matrix coarse particle reinforced composite block,adopting qualitative and quantitative analysis method,four evaluation indicators of mixing degree,partial agglomeration degree,dispersion rate and combination rate were put forward to characterize quantitatively the uniform degree of particle distribution,the particles segregation in the matrix and the binding of particle and matrix.The high chromium cast iron matrix of ZTA coarse particles reinforced wear-resistant composite block was characterized by the proposed evaluation indicators.The results show that these indicators can describe the compound effect of metal matrix coarse particle reinforced composites accurately.
