摘要
采用等离子喷注法制备Al-10Fe合金,结合XRD、金相显微镜、维氏硬度仪、拉伸试验机研究了Ni含量对合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,等离子喷注法制备Al-10Fe合金由α-Al和Al3Fe组成,并能消除针状共晶Al3Fe以生成网状Al5FeNi,并能细化α-Al晶粒以及减小初晶Al3Fe颗粒尺寸;从而提高Al-10Fe合金的抗拉强度、伸长率及维氏硬度,Ni最佳添加量为1%。
Al-10 Fe alloy was prepared by plasma injection method.Effects of Ni addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-10 Fe alloy were investigated by XRD,metallographic microscope,Vickers hardness tester and tensile testing machine.The results show that the Al-10 Fe alloy produced by plasma injection method consists ofα-Al and Al_3 Fe,and the addition of Ni can eliminate need-like eutectic Al_3 Fe to generate mesh Al_5 FeNi,and it can refine theα-Al grain and decrease primary crystal Al_3 Fe particle size,so tensile strength,elongation and Vickers hardness of the Al-10 Fe alloy are improved,and the optimum Ni addition is 1%.
