摘要
快速控制反射镜是一种高精度、高带宽机电装置,用来提升光电成像和光束控制系统的性能,目前已广泛应用于天文学、激光通信、军用瞄准和监视系统等领域。概述了FSM的机电构造和性能,并对FSM总体特征进行了描述。针对与FSM相关的LOS运动学特性进行分析计算,绘制了几种具有代表性情况下的扫描偏差图形,得到的运动学特性可用来对FSM系统进行校准,从而提升瞄准性能。
Fast steering mirrors( FSM) are high-precision, high-bandwidth electro-mechanical mechanisms for enhancing the performance of electro-optical imaging and beam-steering systems, which have found wide applications in such areas as astronomy, laser communications, military targeting and surveillance systems.In this paper, typical FSM electromechanical configurations and features are overviewed. Then, the development of the LOS kinematic relation of FSM is presented, and some representative patterns of scanning deviation are given. The obtained kinematic relations can be used to calibrate the FSM system in order to improve the pointing performance.
