博弈视角下校园足球主管部门的“责任”分析

The Analysis of “Responsibility”of the Campus Football Departments in Charge from The Perspective of Game Theory

采用文献资料法,从博弈论中"非零和博弈"的角度,对教育部和体育总局两个主管部门在校园足球活动开展中的责任进行分析,旨在从校园足球两主管部门在校园足球开展过程管理上存在的问题中,探讨校园足球开展过程中主管部门在管理上"责任"划分。认为校园足球的开展权权由教育部门负责,将校园足球纳入教学计划;体育部门作为辅助提供足球相关知识理论、技战术和以及培养专业足球教师、教练、裁判员等,以服务于校园足球联赛的开展。

This article employs the literature material methodology and makes an analysis of the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and the Sports Bureau from the perspective of Non- zero- sum Game Theory. It aims to have a discussion on the main departments＇ responsibility assignments in the process of conducting campus football,from the existed problems in the process of management. The following conclusions are made： first,the education department is responsible for the campus football development rights and the campus football will be brought into the teaching plan; second,as assistance,the sports department will provide football related knowledge theory,tactics and the training of professional football teachers,coaches and referees,etc.,to serve the development on the campus football league.
