摘要 利用四球机考察了硅灰润滑添加剂在锂基润滑脂中的摩擦学性能。在588 N载荷下,不论在基础锂基脂中或在成品锂基脂中,添加0.5%的硅灰润滑添加剂均可明显改善锂基脂的磨斑直径,表现出良好的抗磨性能。硅灰对基础锂基脂的摩擦因数改善有限,对成品锂基脂的摩擦因数有负面影响。 The tribologlcal properties of silica fume lubricating additive in lithium-base greases were investi- gated by four-ball machine.Regardless of the base lithium grease or the finished lithium grease, adding 0.5% silica fume lubricating additive was able to significantly improve the worn scar diameter of lithium grease, and exhibited good anti-wearing property at 588 N load.Silica fume was limited to improve the frictional coefficient of base lithi- um grease, and had a negative impact on frictional coefficient of finished lithium grease.
