摘要
以甘蔗品种新台糖22为试验材料,采用不同浓度多效唑浸种,在甘蔗2、4、6叶期调查甘蔗幼苗的分蘖数和生长情况,并对各时期叶片内源激素IAA、CTK、ABA和GA_3等含量进行了测定,探讨多效唑浸种处理对甘蔗幼苗分蘖提早发生以及幼苗内源激素含量的影响。结果表明:多效唑浸种处理可以有效提高并提早甘蔗幼苗分蘖的发生,适宜甘蔗分蘖发生及生长发育的多效唑处理浓度为50 mg/L;多效唑浸种处理显著提高了甘蔗幼苗叶片中的CTK和ABA含量,降低了IAA和GA_3含量。
With the sugarcane variety ROC22 as the experimental material and soaking seeds in different concentrations of Paclobutrazol(PP333), the study investigated the number and growth of tiller and measured the contents of endogenous hormones IAA, CTK, ABA and GA3 at 2, 4 and 6 leaf stages of sugarcane seedlings to study the effects of seed soaking in PP333 on tillering early occurrence and endogenous hormone contents of sugarcane seedlings. The results showed that PP333 seed soaking treatment could effectively improve and quicken the tillering occurrence of sugarcane seedlings. The suitable PP333 concentration for sugarcane tillering occurrence, growth and development was 50 mg/L. PP333 seed soaking treatment significantly increased the CTK and ABA contents in leaves of sugarcane seedlings, and decreased IAA and GA3 contents.
