摘要
以市购辣椒籽为原料,在比较乙醇、石油醚、正己烷3种溶剂提取辣椒籽油效果的基础上,采用控制单一变量法,分别确定提取辣椒籽油最佳的温度、时间、料液比范围,然后采用L9(34)正交试验和最优组合验证,优化了从辣椒籽中提取辣椒籽油的工艺条件。结果表明,在石油醚提取法中,3个因素对辣椒籽油提取的影响程度依次为提取料液比>提取时间>提取温度,最佳工艺条件为提取温度60℃,提取时间90 min,料液比1︰6。在该工艺条件下,辣椒籽油提取率高达95.89%,稳定性和重复性较好。
Using pepper seeds purchased from the market as the extraction raw materials, based on the comparison of the effects of three solvents of ethanol, petroleum ether and hexane on the extraction of pepper seed oil, the optimal solvent extraction temperature, extraction time and material liquid ratio were determined by controlling the single variable method, and then the L9(34) orthogonal experiment and the best combination validation method were used to optimize the extraction process conditions. The results showed that the factors affecting the extraction yield of pepper seed oil in order were the ratio of material to liquid extraction time extraction temperature, and the optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 60 ℃, extraction time of 90 minutes and material liquid ratio of 1:6. Under this condition, the extraction rate of pepper seed oil was 95.89% with good stability and repeatability.
