摘要
论文以某型发动机为研究对象,针对主机和燃油流量调节器典型部件,对其故障率指标的可靠性建模和分配进行了研究。采用模糊综合评判理论和模糊推理方法相结合的方法,建立了某型航空发动机可靠度分配模型,在此基础上分析了相应部件在修复后可靠性指标的变化,并与以前的定寿方法进行对比分析。得到主机和燃油流量调节器分别延寿88h和59h。为发动机延寿提供参考。
This paper used X engine as research object,aiming at main component and fuel mass flow regulator,researched reliability modeling and distribution of failure rate.This paper adopted fuzzy and synthetic evaluation theory and fuzzy deduction,established reliability distribution model,analyzed reliability change of corresponding components after repairing on this basis,and previous evaluating life span method was compared,life of main component and fuel mass flow regulator prolonged 88 hand 59h.It provided reference to prolong engine use life.
