摘要
对新钢第一炼钢厂转炉底吹系统堵塞的问题进行了分析研究,根据分析的结果对底吹元件和控制系统进行优化,并把底吹工艺和实际冶炼过程紧密结合起来。优化后,转炉终渣w(TFe)平均降低了0.26%,转炉终点钢水中w(Mn)增加了34.37%,石灰的月平均消耗量比改造前下降了37%。
The blocking problem of converter bottom blowing system is analyzed in No. 1 Steel Plant in Xinyu Steel. Bottom blowing component and control system are optimized according to the results. The bottom blowing technique is tightly combined with the actual smelting process and the results show that end of converter slag by an average of 0. 26%,TFe converter end steel manganese contentw( Mn) increases by 34. 37%,average lime monthly consumption drops 37% than before after optimization.
