摘要 介绍莱钢生产的S450J0 H型钢桩的关键技术和工艺,根据产品的性能要求,设计了钢种成分,制定了相关冶炼、连铸及轧制工艺,重点研究了钢中的氮含量、铸坯加热时间、终轧温度、末道次压下率对S450J0产品综合性能的影响。生产实践表明:S450J0成分设计合理,产品夹杂物少,组织细小均匀,屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率、0℃冲击功等性能均满足了用户的使用要求。 The main technology and key technology are introduced for H- beam steel pile in Laiwu Steel. The steel composition and the related process for smelting,continuous casting and rolling are designed and made according to the performance requirements. Research is mainly focused on the nitrogen content in steel,billet reheating time,finishing temperature,reduction ratio at the last pass which affect the comprehensive performance of products grade S450J0. Production practice shows that the S450J0 composition design is reasonable,with low inclusion and fine microstuucture,yield strength,tensile strength,elongation,impact energy at 0 ℃ meet technical agreement and customer requirement..
