影响焦炉煤气硫化氢含量测定的因素及应对措施

摘要 碘滴定法是测定城市燃气中硫化氢含量的仲裁法,焦炉煤气净化系统中硫化氢含量的测定也是采用此方法,但焦炉煤气脱硫前硫化氢含量的理论值为5~6 g/m3,脱硫后考核值在500 mg/m3以下,与标准测定值相差很大,影响测定结果的准确性。本文主要介绍影响测定硫化氢含量准确性的因素和采取的措施。 Iodine titration method is arbitration method to determing the hydrogen sulfide content in the city gas. The determination of hydrogen sulfide content in coke oven gas purification system also uses this method,but the theoretical value of hydrogen sulfide content before coke oven gas desulfurization is 5 ~ 6 g / m3,appraisal value is below 500 mg/m3 after desulfurization. There are great difference compare with measurement range of standard,which influence the accuracy of determination results. This paper mainly introduces the factors influencing the accuracy of the determination of hydrogen sulfide content and the measures.
