中缅油气管道建设中,把生态文明建设融入管道建设各方面和全过程,编制创建水土保持生态文明工程活动方案,通过践行绿色发展理念、创新绿色管理制度、开展绿色科技创新和示范工程引领、坚持绿色施工建设和强化绿色过程控制等手段,推进绿色管道建设和依法合规建设,提升绿色发展内涵,确保科学规范建设和执行落实到位,成功探索出一套绿色管道建设理论。

During Myanmar-China Oil and Gas Pipeline construction,the construction of ecological civilization should be considered into all aspects and the whole process.It is necessary to make programs of conservation of water and soil and ecological civilization activities.Through the practice on green development,green innovation management system,green technology innovation and demonstration project,combined with green construction and green process control,the construction of green pipeline law regulations are promoted,and a green pipeline construction theory is successfully developed,which is a technical benchmark for our country's long distance pipeline construction.
