Analysis and Improvement Suggestions for the Performance Indices in the Standard "Sorbents for Ship"

溢油应急用吸油毡性能评价参考了《船用吸油毡》标准。该标准所包含的9项指标中持油性、强度性、使用性、燃烧性4项指标存在不足,针对存在的问题提出了相应的改进建议:重新设计持油率指标试验方法,通过测试广口瓶水中油含量来推算持油;该项技术指标将原标准中"钩挂自重25倍的重锤3 min后不发生撕裂"修正为"钩挂产品吸油饱和后重量2.5倍的重块3 min后,毡体不撕裂且无撕裂迹象"等。另外,试验方法也可采用拉力计对角钩挂拉伸的方法进行测试。同时结合溢油事故实际应用情况,建议增加体积吸油倍率、重力保油率和吸油速率指标3项指标,进一步完善吸油毡评估标准。

The standard called 'Sorbents for Ship' is used to evaluate the performance of linoleum for the oil spill emergency.Among the nine indexes of the standard,four indexes including oil holding capacity,structural strength,operating characteristic and combustion performance are insufficient,and improvement suggestions are proposed.The oil holdup was calculated by determining the oil content in water from jar.The product with saturated oil hooks 2.5 times weight block for 3 min and without tear or tear signs instead of hooking 25 times weight without tear.In addition,the tensile test by tension meter can also be used.Combining with the practical application,increasing volume oil absorption rate,weigh oil hold rate and oil absorption rate are suggested to further improve the assessment standard of linoleum.
