On Several Problems of Ruling the Country by Law and Economic Law

文章论述了"依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"的主要法律和政策依据;法治国家,是指依靠法治理或管理国家;依法治国应该正确认识什么是法;要正确认识什么是法,必须明确马克思主义法学关于法的概念和特征;实行依法治国应该正确认识经济法的概念、地位和体系,充分发挥经济法的重大作用;实行依法治国需要制定《经济法纲要》。

The article discusses the main legal and policy basis of ruling the country by law and building a socialist country; The country under rule of law means governing or managing the country according to law; Ruling should be related to correct understanding of what is law; To have a correct understanding of what is law,you must explicitly clarify Marxist jurisprudence on the concept and characteristics of law; To rule a country by law should have the right knowledge of the concept,status and system of economic law,give full play to the role of economic law and develop the outline for economic law.
