摘要
在高层建筑设计中,尤其是带商业裙房的高层,上部楼层相对于下部楼层的收进是非常常见的,尺寸过大的收进属于竖向不规则结构。通过PKPM软件对漳州诏安华府怡景住宅项目1#楼进行辅助结构分析,针对规范要求,采用弹性时程分析法研究该竖向收进的高层结构,通过选取人工波与天然波作用下的地震时程反应,得到结构弹性下最大楼层的位移、剪力曲线,并将此曲线与CQC计算法下的最大楼层的位移、剪力进行比较,然后取大值。同时,介绍了竖向收进高层的的结构设计要点和抗震加强措施。
In the design of high- rise buildings,especially high- rise with a commercial podium,with respect to the upper floors,the structure of vertical- edge- indentation is very common,and the oversized irregular structure belongs to the vertical structure. PKPM software was used to achieve aided structural analysis on the Building 1 in Zhangzhou Zhaoan Huafuyijing residential project. According to regulatory requirements,elastic time- history analysis was used to investigate the vertical- edge- indentation structure. By selecting time- history process with the earthquake artificial waves and natural wave action,the largest displacement curve and shear curve of the elastic structure were obtained,which were compared with the maximum displacement curve and shear curve of the floor from CQC method to choose greater ones. Meanwhile,the design elements and seismic strengthening measures of the vertical- edge- indentation structure were also described in this paper.
