摘要
根据咸阳地区地震活动趋势和中心城区发展建设需要,利用相关指标,确定城区疏散场所空间位置和等级;通过建立疏散场所评价指标体系,采用层次分析方法,并以覆盖半径为依据,对城区避难场所进行空间布局;运用OVD、WVD方法,结合咸阳市中心城区其他相关影响因素,对避难场所的责任区空间范围进行划分和修正,探求城市避难场所规划建设方法。
According to regional seismic activity in Xianyang downtown development and construction trends and needs,relevant indicators were used to determine the scale of urban shelter- building. A shelter- level evaluation index system was established and the Layer analysis method was used to cover a radius based on the layout of urban shelter planning. By using OVD,WVD method with other relevant factors of Xianyang downtown,areas of responsibility of shelter space were partitioned and amended. The method of urban planning and construction of shelter was explored by using Wei- Bin Park shelter facility planning and construction as an example
