老年社会工作研究现状述评

Literature Review of Researches on the Geriatric Work

我国老年社会工作起步较晚,目前仍处于探索阶段。在对已有文献进行统计分析的基础上,从老年社会工作的价值理念与理论基础、困境与发展对策三个方面,整理、归纳和评述了已有观点。目前学界对老年社会工作的研究存在以下不足:一是缺乏实证性研究,二是缺少关于志愿性服务的研究,三是农村老年社会工作的研究较少,四是老年社会工作本土化的研究较少。

The geriatric social work of China launched late, and it is still in the experimental stage at present. The paper carries out a statistical analysis about the existing literature, and it studies, induces and comments the existing views from three aspects-the values and theoretical basis of geriatric work, the predicament and the countermeasures. The critics believe that there is a lack of empirical researches, researches in the voluntary service, the geriatric social work in the rural areas and the localization of the elderly social work in China.
