摘要
采用桑树土、菜地土、构树土、池塘污泥沤苎麻30d,通过菌株富集、分离与纯化、初筛和复筛,以苎麻脱胶率为指标,筛选出3株具有较好脱胶效果的苎麻脱胶菌株,为下一步工艺优化提供了坚实的基础。
In the research, mulberry soil, vegetable After enrichment, separation and purification, primary are screened out with ramie weight loss rate as index, mization. soil, Papyrifera soil, and pond sludge steep ramie 30d are used. and secondary screening, three good ramie degumming strains which provides a solid foundation for the next process of optimization.
