摘要
通过对鞍山某矿区综合尾矿预选混合粗精矿性质的分析和必要的实验室试验,进行了粗精矿混合再磨再选试验和粗精矿分别再磨再选试验两种方案对比,得出较理想指标。试验结果表明,采用"粗精矿分别再磨再选试验"对该矿区综合尾矿预选后的混合粗精矿进行精选,可实现螺精和永磁精分别磨矿、分别选别,使得磨矿更有针对性,且强磁通过量大幅减少。
Through the necessary bench-scale tests and analysis on mixed rough concentrate analysis after synthetic tailing preconcentration of a certain ore in Anshan,the paper compares the two options of rough concentrate mixing--regrinding—re-separation test and separate regrinding re-separation test of rough concentrate test,getting an ideal index.The test results show that using"separate regrinding and re-separation of rough concentrate"test for mixed rough concentrate after synthetic tailing preconcentration for this ore can achieve separate grinding and respective separation of concentrate after spiral separation and permanent magnetic concentrate,making the grinding more targeted.Moreover,the throughput of intensive magnetics reduces greatly.
