某铁精矿制备氧化球团实验研究

摘要 通过对某铁精矿的试验,研究了赤铁矿配加磁铁矿制备氧化球团的可行性以及适宜的制备条件。结果表明,在自然碱度,辊磨后,膨润土用量1.2%,鼓干温度150℃,时间2 min,抽干温度300-400℃,时间3min,预热一段温度650-800℃,时间4min,预热二段温度950-1 000℃,时间8min,焙烧温度1 200-1 280℃,时间6min条件下,可得到抗压强度〉2500N,具有良好冶金性能的成品球团。 Through the test of a certain iron concentrate,the paper studies the feasibility of preparing oxidized pellets by hematite matching magnetite and the proper preparation conditions.The results show that under the conditions of natural basicity,after roller grinding,bentonite dosage 1.2%,up-draught drying temperature 150 ℃ with duration 2min,downdraught drying temperature 300-400 ℃ with duration 3min,preheating zone I's temperature 650-800 ℃ with duration4 min,preheating zone II's temperature 950-1 000 ℃ with duration 8min,and induration temperature 1 200-1 280 ℃ with duration 6min,the final pellet products has good metallurgical performance with the compressive strength 〉2 500 N.
