摘要
通过酸洗后试件含氢量测定和试样氢脆延迟破坏试验,对S-04和S-08两种低铬不锈钢材料在不同化学酸洗工艺参数下产生的氢脆性影响进行了研究。研究表明2种低铬不锈钢材料可以采用化学酸洗法去除氧化皮,且随着酸洗时间的延长、酸洗液温度和浓度的升高,材料含氢量会增加,但不会产生脆性断裂。另外,还确定了适合S-04和S-08这2种材料表面酸洗的工艺规范,并对盐酸-硫酸混合溶液对基体材料的腐蚀性进行了研究。研究表明该酸洗液浸蚀能力较强,必须添加缓蚀剂来减轻对金属基体的腐蚀。
The effect of different chemical pickling process parameters on the hydrogen embrittlement of S-04 and S-08 low chromium stainless steel was studied based on the hydrogen content measurement and hydrogen embrittlement delayed destruction test of pickled specimen. The results indicate that chemical pickling can be used for the descaling of the two stainless steel materials,whose hydrogen content may increase with the prolongation of pickling time, and rise of temperature and solution concentration during pickling, but brittle fracture can not occur. Besides, optimal process specifications for the surface pickling of S-04 and S-08 materials were determined with the study on corrosivity of hydrochloric acid-sulfuric acid mixed solution. Therefore, some inhibiter must be added to the mixed solution to reduce the erosion to the metallic matrix because the mixed solution has strong erosion capability.
