表象训练在手榴弹投掷训练中的实验研究

Experimental Study of Presentational Training Method in Casting Hand Grenade Training

运用数理统计法和实验法,对手榴弹投掷训练采用传统训练方法和表象训练方法进行了对比分析。结果表明:表象训练不仅有效地改变了传统的手榴弹投掷训练模式,而且对于学员掌握手榴弹使用技能,消除紧张心理,确保实弹投掷安全更具重要作用。

The paper makes a comparison and analyses on traditional training method and presentational training way of casting hand grenades training through methods of statistics analysis and experiment. The result shows that presentational training way not only changes traditional casting hand grenades training way effectively,but also plays an important role for NCO in grasping the casting skill and preventing anxiousness,which makes sure the safety of casting live grenades.
