摘要
军人身体训练是军事训练的基础,也是实战化训练得以开展的保障。对近年来修订的《美国陆军身体准备训练》中训练体系的基本内容做了简要概括,分析其主要特点包括以预防伤病为首要考量,以提高运动表现为落脚点,以结合实战训练为导向,探讨其对我军军事体育训练的启示。
The Physical training is the foundation of military training and the support of military combat skill training. According to the design of U. S. Army Physical Readiness Training,the paper introduces the content and characteristics of the manual,concluding the inspirations for the PLA military Physical training.
